west price where you can buy this psu today is $157 i believe, but i'll sell mine for $140 shipped (lower 48 states).
no lowball offers. if you can find it *new* and in stock and cheaper including shipping i'll beat it by 5% (but trust me you won't).

It clearly says "out of stock".

Amazon has it for $159.99 w/ free shipping. So $140 shipped for a new, shrink-wrapped unit is a pretty decent deal.
