Best modular 380-500w PSU

I need a new modular PSU, and I think I need one in the 380-500w range.

What is the best modular PSU in this range, for less than $200? I've been looking at the Seasonic X-400 and X-460 fanless units, but I'm not sure if they are the best modular PSUs in that range. thanks
