Default Is 24A enough on 5v ?

Today I have the BFG BFGR650PSU 650W http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php...=Story&reid=11
The server seems to run ok, but certains volts are not what I feel good about in BIOS readout (cant really rely on BIOS readout all the time, I know)
The server draws 180-210 Watts usually and that’s is AC 220 Volt from the wall outlet socket .

I must get this Server more silent though since I moving to an newer apartment with an open environment (with only 2 doors instead of 5).
This BFG is spinning at full speed with or without the turbo button pressed in.

I really like to buy the Antec Signature 650W but I am afraid of the low 24A 5v. The BFG has an max of 54A on the 5v.

According to Outervision calculation I have down, only the 8 DDR DIMMs (10A) and the on-board vga ATI RAGE 8MB (4A) is doing 5V 14A alone.
I supplied you with an screenshot of my calc with this mail. I selected 1 graphic card in the list even though its on-board.

I really need an old-style PSU with an rear 80mm fan cus of the case I have.

Please advice on this

I have googled, asked around and no one knows, except that the really old PCI cards used 5V and old CPUs (mainly 10 years back and backwards) used the 5V aswell.

Can I safely buy the Signature 650W ?
