Comes with the card and stock heatsink only. Bought it brand new at Newegg.
Never abused and kept cool at all times. Was on air for a week before it was watercooled and then overclocked (see below). It overclocks very well and is the highest clocked at the
HD 3800 club at Overclock.net!
It's also the highest
