Default need a stronger PSU?

I have recently moved from a overclocked AMD setup, a Sempron 3100 (1.8@2.7Ghz) with a EVGA 7800GT video card, 2Gb of OCZ ram, DFI NF4X-X motherboard running on a OCZ Powerstream 520W. No problems, ran great.

It is now a Intel C2D platform. I have gotten the E6400 up to 2.66Ghz without any problems, but not much luck after that. With the draw of the X1950XT video card in this setup am I pushing the limits of the Powerstream to get a 3.0Ghz overclock?
