The ESR70 is a wonderful machine; I almost got the Anatek Blue ESR meter as it comes in kit form; but the saving was not good enough. Being born in England also made me steer toward the ESR70

Its OK, but for low ESR not good enough...

And also it can't do leakage current wich is also important...
