Default Corsair Warranty

Hi guys,

I posted a while ago ,well a long time ago about a problem i had with a Corsair RM450 which i purchased at tigerdirect.com retail store that was closing down permanently, unfortunately the receipt is those thermal ones but is completely faded out, i mean you can't see nothing. And its not like any stores or info exist since they got sold, i had Corsair request a receipt so they could do the RMA but idk what to do..

Any suggestions?

Tell them exactly what you posted here. You already gave them the serial number, right?

no the rma was "approved" but i got this message in the corsair support ticket

"A valid proof of purchase is required for a warranty claim. Please attach a proof of purchase document (e.g. receipt or invoice) as a photo, screenshot, or PDF. This will enable us to approve your RMA as quickly as possible. Feel free to add any other documents that may help in the troubleshooting process. "

idk what to do

That's because the ticket was auto-approved. Like Mask said... Tell them again. Maybe a human will respond.

thanks to your suggestions jonny and mask, i talked to someone on the phone but she said that without a receipt or proof there was nothing they could do. Luckily i decided to use the chat option before and that person i guess understood he said that's the first time he had to deal with something like this (my case is might be the only one like this?) and opened a new ticket with the chat conversation and the previous was approved right away to be shipped, so i guess it is better to chat sometimes. Thanks jonny and mask

"Hello,
