Default Help me find a cpu cooler for my corsair spec 01

So I wanted go with cooler master hyper evo 212, but it turned out to be too large for my case so I need to find another cooler that cost the same as the hyper 212 evo. I'm planning to have to case fans on the top so the cooler cant be too big either. is the bitfenix spectre a good 120 mm for under $10?

The shortest 212 equivalent are either the Thermalright True Spirit 120i or Thermalright True Spirit 120m: they may need a replacement fan (stock one often badly ticks), so it may end up being more expensive (but YMMV).

The 155mm Scythe Ninja 4 fits, doesn't deserve a new fan, but it's also more expensive.

BTW, if you actually have the EVO, just try it: due to tolerances, it might be an extremely tight fit, but a fit.

About the top fan, look also to the Scythe Grand Flex lineup, if available/conveniently priced, and then to the NZXT FN V2 also, whether low speed fans were an option.

Depending on price and availability you could also go with something like the cryorig h7, which certainly should fit

Or get a closed loop liquid cooler and call it a day.

...for a couple of years (when it will probably cease to function).

@OP: stay with air, spend less, last longer.

I shall go with cryorig H7. I contact the seller on amazon and they said they should be getting more next. I assume it will be the on newegg as well.
