Default Sentey ERP-SS 700W Review please

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience, but I wonder if they could do a review on this power supply, I saw the review on the Sentey GSP850-SM 850W.
http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php...tory5&reid=234

but the ERP-SS series are way too cheap, really delivered 700w?.

Thanks for your time .

That unit is based on the very old Super Flower Plug-In design.

That review should give you a good idea of how the unit performs.

but this unit is not very old, and apparently has good results, so I have no doubt of its price / performance.

What he meant was the platform is old. In other words: It's been around a long time and is based on an older topology/platform.

With such crap efficiency, I don't think you'd want it to put out 700W of power.

What's the setup and plans for upgrade anyway?

not for me, I have already a 600w Antec, but I had doubts about its price and performance, way too cheap.

No power factor correction and poor efficiency from a topology that was old school three years ago when that review was written?

I say you get what you pay for.

Where are you located, where are you shopping and how much is this Sentey selling for?
