S625 is rated at 625W and 80Plus Bronze certified. Here we can see its efficiency is 87% typical. But why does 80Plus say it's 750W in the file name? From the heatsink I guess it's built by ATNG (I HORNG).

Could be. But Sirfa/Sirtec uses a different heatsink shape.
Another clue is the layout of EMI filtering components.
