How is Estasis compared to the Corsair?

Looking to get a new PSU to drop in my machine so I can replace a dying one in another (Super Flower 450 watt, just beeps at me).

Etasis is more than a notch above Seasonic.

Loud.

Actually, not as loud as a Turbo-Cool, but not as quiet as the Enhance products with the single 80MM (like the Antec.)
