    Seems like a good enough deal for a backup/supply if you don't mind a rebate
    Speaking of Rebate ..I got one of the Ultra V 400's last week and the rebate from onrebate.com is already comfirmed and on the way ..I think these from radio shack are the same thing

    I might pick up the 350W version for my main rig. Putting my 500W V-Series in one of the backup computers. If the 350W supply could power my main computer I'd assume it would be wise to have that setup?
