Notice the paragraphs about noise. Both samples had sort of tonal noise which seems related to +5VSB. With +5VSB working in Green mode now the noise problem emerges, though only a few people will realize that. I remember a "noise killer" switch on Zalman's ZM1000-HP PSU which simply adds a dummy load on +5VSB output to force the +5VSB circuit work in a "normal" mode. I guess Seasonic can take this idea.
