OK .. now I gotta ask this ... is there a group cause of blindness and non-objectiveness coming with those review samples or what?

I love pc perspective, but their URL always makes me laugh. PCPer, sounds like someone that does angeldust. Tweaktown is another unintentionally great name :P

I could take the minor rails had it given us Seasonic / Corsair levels of performance at ~1200w & better 12v regulation @ 1650w.

load regulation at +12V is way worse than mine measurements and I suspect that he has significant voltage drops on the power cables, since we used the same loaders.

At low loads these drops are not significant but as the load increases the final results are significantly altered.

^And it's that way in pretty much any of his reviews. PCPer virtually always gets worse vreg in general.

He did show better minor rail performance than crmaris did. That's odd. Was there a difference in the load pattern?

Don't want to give too much away, but Lee's actually did worse regulation than my sample #1 all the way across the board, except for 5VSB.

Not surprising. As Crmaris said, their Array load tester measures the Vdrop behind the power cable rather than the Vdrop at the connectors.
