    Default need help replacing psu

    Hi
I have a problem with my computer and it wont turn on. The power light flashes briefly when I try to turn it on and the light for the card slots stays on but the pc wont power up. I figured it was a problem with either the psu or the mobo but I wanted to check the psu by replacing it with another I have.
The psu in the broken pc is a fsb atx-300gtf, the other pc I have is a presario sr5220an and the psu in that is a hp atx-250-12z-h4r. But the ratings on the side of each psu show slightly differents amps.
Would I be able to swap the two units without any problems???
