Mean Well PSUs and ripple on those

Hi there.
Because of some space constrains (the height of the standard PSU ATX is too big for a scratch build) I'm looking for some alternatives regarding power supplies.

And I came along Mean Well, and they have some nice PSU, in different form factor sizes, and in diferent voltages and power.

Anyway, to cut things easy, I've selected 2 PSUs:

Mean Well SP-480-12
Mean Well USP-500-12

The first one's ripple seems to be ok with the ripple specified in the ATX specs, it is 120mVp-p.
The second one (USP-500) has a 100mVp-p specified.

I would like to know if those two industrial PSUs are ok for using in a computer with computer components. Can those 2 PSU be used for powering some video cards?

P.S. I understand perfectly that those Mean Well outputs like 12V and no 3.3V and 5V. For this job I'm going to use an additional PicoPSU.

The ripple they're stating as spec are just that... spec. That's all most companies specify. Who knows the actual ripple without testing it.

There is one more thing.
Mean Well pretends that a third party like some dude or a lab where this dude works actually tested the PSU and they post a report for some of their PSUs:

The report looks even more promising, instead of the spec 100mVp-p they said it is only 18mVp-p.

P.S. Can anyone give me a link with specs for some ok-ish ATX PSUs where the manufacturer specify their ripple just like Mean Well did?

Later edit: not very clear to me, maybe this 3rd party might not be just a 3rd party, it could be just Mean Well itself.

I don't see any claim that a third part is producing these test results.
