I imagine it'll do fine seeing as Crysis 1 runs ok on this machine . It's GTA4 that runs like crap.

GTA4 is primarily CPU limited on most systems.

That could very well be the issue for this machine. I have a E2160 with a 4670 on this machine.

The one I was looking to get a 4850 or 5670 is Athlon II X4 640.

Anyway, for $70 you could probably find an HD4870 if you look around enough.

    ...Or a used 5770.
Intel i7-2600k with an XSPC Raystorm water block, 4x4GB Corsair Dominator, SLi Evga-GTX560Ti-448 FTWs, Asrock Extreme4 Gen3, Crucial M4 256GB SSD, Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB HDD, powered by a Silverstone Strider+ 850 PSU in a Silverstone TJ-07BW case.
I'm not buying EK GPU blocks ever again. (One GPU killed)

    I wouldn't get the manufacturer's warranty with a used card would I ?

Also I can't find anything under $96ish after shipping on ebay. So that went out the window.

ebay is a poor place to buy any tech these days. Check places like overclock.net and other clocker's forums for cards on sale there.

Visiontek has one right now that's recertified for 3 years. I'm gonna buy it if I can . The shipping makes it about $93 though.. gesh.
