    Question

I have it and I think it's quite loud under some load? (A game, CS:S)

Maybe it's me, the psu or I can tweak it, I don't know, but my Recom
and FSP group were much quieter.

    My PC specs are:

    - 2600K stock
    - Gskill Sniper 1.25v
    - 9600 GSO stock
    - Seagate 7200.10/12 & Intel SSD

    Regards from Chile!

Yes, it's normal. The clicking comes from a relay that is connected between an NTC thermistor, the main power inlet and the rest of the PSU, it's purpose is to cut the thermistor out of the circuit, once it has done it's purpose of limiting the inrush current at start-up. The turn-off click is from the relay reconnecting the thermistor.
Careful what you wish for... You just might get it.
