Yeah, I know you're thinking "what's with dlb linking us to all these crappy reviews?" Well, here's one that's better than most of the dreck out there. This comes from the fine folks at HardwareHeaven, and while there's no hot-box test, there is some ripple testing and voltage reg testing at various load levels. Check it out: http://www.hardwareheaven.com/review...roduction.html

Wonder where Grace went. Voltage regulation was much better than other reviews have seen, but they didn't say how heavily they loaded the individual rails.

According to the Reviewer & Editor of this site; the PSU's Ripple & Voltage tests are taken at 35*C even though the load testing temps were taken at a different temp (22*C)

    Though I don't see why.

I've been talking with him via email seeing if the methodology could be updated to include better tables and possibly a living document to explain the load testing conditions that way there would be no confusion.

EDIT: They also recently downscaled the information given; they used to provide alot more graphs & such.

A lot more graphs, but less informative.

    Me too.

Clearly, the same load tester... different operator, though.

I'm a regular over there, and I too wonder what happened to Grace. I've spoken w/ her a number of times on IM, very nice lady.
