Indeed. Silverstone doesn't build any power supplies and neither does Impervio. IS Quasar does the production. But don't ask SilverStone they had nothing to do with Impervio or so they will tell you

If all manufacturing was is the equipment used anyone could build a work of art.

Besides the circuitry we see the name Impervio printed on the PCB, which is a familiar name with Silverstone power supplies. Even though this power supply still seems to be produced by IS Quasar; the designer is Impervio in cooperation with Silverstone.
