    Default Compatability issue

I have an ASRock ASRock 775Dual-VSTA motherboard and an PALIT ATI Radeon X1300 Pro 128MB 16x PCI Express Video Card Retail ....the following are specs on the motherboard. I get video....and I can adjust resoloution but it dosen't show up in device manager (XP Home) Did I screw up trying to use these together?

    Thanks,
    Rudy

EDIT: It helps if you aren't drinking when you set one of these up......might keep you from setting the primary graphics adaptor in the bios to PCI rather than PCIe
