Would someone be able to tell the pinouts for this older standard connection? It is the older 2-pin for video card HSF. I can't get a multimeter to easily reach. I can't find a plug for it so I plan to just solder in the connections.

Couldn't you just use the meter to check which pin has continuity to ground while the board is out?
Yes. Or any other ground point on the board.
The mounting bracket will probably be a fine ground.
Typically ground is on the left as you have it pictured. All fan connections have it on the left when looking at the keyed side of the socket.

mpilchfamily is correct. All the stock coolers I have here have the + on the right and - on the left (looking at it the way you have it photographed).
I just Googled "2-pin fan header video card" and surprisingly this was the first result. The second result at SPCR gave me a definite answer though. You guys were right.

the best esay to find conector is to use a 2 wire led plug for the front panel off a old pc that works nicly and use soldering iron to solder it to fan pcb
