    CAD44...Hey I appreciate the advice and input but I work for a liveing, on a budget, make a modest income and support my family, computers are a hobby, so $60 vs. $2.56 is definatly justifiable. Here is where I got the idea they aren't that bad

    There are more and some bad mixed with the good, I know it's not a perfect PSU and probably a lot of people posted reviews shortly after purchase but people seem generally pleased, I spent a lot of time fishing through their forums and people seem satisfied, I even PMed the guy that runs the forums questioning. You may have the last laugh but I am fairly confident it'll work.

    You guys are killing me The nice thing is if this eVGA doesn't work and the Ultra blows up at least I'll have you to explain how to fix it!

    What about the 7900GS, it's $30 cheaper, obviously not as fast but seems nice to me, especially where I don't need killer performance.

    A 7600GT will do everything your needing
    EVGA 7900GS @ 605/800 - Core2Duo E6300 @ 2.8ghz - Asus P5B-E - 2Gig Kingston DDR2 - PSU: Corsair HX 520
