Default Where do I connect the PCI-E power cable and legacy cables on the Corsair 520W?

I'm building my case as I type and I'm a little confused.

My motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 and my case is a Lian-Li V1000B Plus II.

I plugged the 24pin and 4pin into the motherboard and the 8pin is unneeded from what I gather so I tucked it away.

Where do I plug my HDs, CD-ROMs, and Floppy drive into?

Edit: I just figured it out, but has anyone tried this PSU in my V1000 case? I'm having a hard time getting all the cables to fit.
