You can run the burn in at 100% and it will run the CPU's at 100%, but it's not going to do anything with the GPU's. 3DMark has priority over the CPU burn on the first core, so when I run 3DMark, the duty of core 1 is reduced. 3DMark runs like crap, but it runs. And the CPU load is still 100% (3DMark using what it can with the burn in using whatever's left.)

Right on mate! Did your AMD buddy take the kit back with him or do you have it still?

No. It's torn back down for now. I only have so many parts to go aroun d (HDD's, RAM, video cards.)

I might put it back together again in the near future.

You can get way more power and usage out of the quad cores than in that article. I've had quite a few fail a top notch 700W, so I know.

They mention it's at 230V very clearly, which is fine for me while I'm here or anywhere but America's. Still better than nothing, by far.

Jon, when you do so, try running ATi TOOL (works with NV cards). That sucker heats up your card like no tomorrow!

I've done it in the past. For whatever reason, I pull more juice just running 3DMark (especially during the Zeppelin/Sea-Monster scene) than using ATI tool.

Believe it or not when I ran Orthos and HDTune benchmark, the computer would freeze more often than not when I started CoH for my PSU reviews.

As a side note, I have found that the CoH benchmark uses MORE power at peak from your system than running ATItool AND Orthos at the same time.
