Is the XFX Pro 550w 80+ Bronze SeaSonic based?

I need a cheap power supply for a system, and I have the opportunity to buy a used XFX Pro 550w 80+ Bronze (Model no. XFX XPS-550W-SEW) for $34.

I seem to recall that this unit is SeaSonic based, perhaps S12ii based. Is this true? Reviews seem to be positive, though it is rather dated.

I'm not sure what graphics card I will pair with it. Likely something like a GTX1660 super or GTX 1070, likely nothing too power hungry. Would it be enough for either of those 2 cards?

Due to age or just because its an S12ii? Currently I have a machine with an M12ii 520 chugging along with a GTX1080, but I know its not ideal.

I see a new S12iii 500W for a little more but I am well aware that that unit doesn't have a good reputation.

I might have a deal for an XFX RX5600XT, so the PSU would need to handle that. I am happy to pay a little more as the budget isn't fixed, but cheapest is best as this is to flip.

Corsair RM550x is a good deal for 75 dollar at Newegg after rebate if you want a PSU that is gonna last a long time.

Not really looking to pay $100 now, that is quite a lot more and rebates take awhile.

If this was my personal PC, I would want a nice PSU for future upgrades, but this is for a flip PC, so spending a lot on a PSU isn't really good for my profit margin. I just need something that will be reliable. Things like modularity and room for upgrades aren't really important.

From what I understand its the same platform as this https://www.jonnyguru.com/blog/2017/...-power-supply/ but is gold not platinum. It has a 5 year warranty so at least the manufacturer has some trust in it. Granted, iirc a thermaltake smart has a 5 year warranty so that doesn't mean an awful lot.
