So how many amps does this PSU provide on the 12V rail?

Earlier I posted about a PSU that has only 7.5A on the 12V rail. But now I saw the sticker and it has both +12V:7.5A and +12Vcpu: 11.5A.. So which one is correct?

Nope. What do you mean both by the way? Because this PSU says output:240W max, but if you add 11.5 amps from 12v the total is 12x11.5+5.08*17+3.33*15 = 274? Or I'm calculating it wrong

You can't add them together, the total amount should be given. But like I said before, you're worrying about nothing.

thank you for your patience! So you mean that the 240W is a combination of everything I put together.

Now that you see the full specs of this PSU, What is the maximum wattage for graphics card you'd recommend? Assuming I pair it with a Core 2 Quad (95w), 4 sticks of DDR2, 1x4pin case fan, a SATA3 SSD and a 5.25 dvd drive? Because seeing that I may actually get a much better GPU

Well it needs to be low profile and it shouldn't have an external power connector. So I guess a GTX 750, GTX 750 Ti, GTX 1050 or GTX 1050 Ti low profile.
