PSU accidentally connected to outlet while ON

Hi there, last saturday i shutdown my rig (power button, all LEDs off) but forgot the PSU power switch on, i was moving to another table and reconnected the PSU cable back on the psu but it did a small spark and a crack, nothing loud, PC powers on normally. Theres any danger or damage that could be happen im using a CV450. Thanks and regards.

How do you connect other electronic stuff without a on/off switch?

Many power supplies have no on/off switch and 'spark' when plugged in; its just the surge filling the primary capacitor/s

Got distracted rearranging the table and took the PSU cable off and moved the case, put it back, the switch was still on..

I have done this plenty of times myself. Nothing to worry about.
