Default Would be okay to get a RM850 over a RM750X?

So I was wonderin' if it was okay to get a RM850 over a RM750X. I'm not very learnt when it comes to power supplies so I could use some guidance. According to the Tom's Hardware review, the RM850 uses non-Japanese capacitors. Now is this in anyway a deal breaker? Would be worth waiting for the RM750X to be back in stock or should I just go for the RM850? There isn't much variety being offered here in terms of power supplies so I can't really go for another brand like Seasonic, Be Quiet!, or whatever.

It's a small downgrade quality wise, but the cables are easier to manage because they don't have those useless cable caps.

Because the difference isn't that big quality wise, the RM850 is also a good choice.
