Gtx 2650 (or however it will be named)

Ao will this psu be good? Ot it can be dangerous in some situations

Gigabyte P700H

Thermaltake 650 litepower

Deepcool DN550

Coolermaster WME 650 white v2 80+ standard

There are not many PSUs in my country

From those the Cooler Master MWE White V2 650W is the best power supply and the only one that's actually decent for a PC like that.

Almost the same, different primary which only supports 230V instead of full range from 100V till 240V. So if your voltage sometimes dips far under the 230V the full range one will handle this better.

More than enough, 450W will also be enough. So if you can find a higher quality, lower wattage PSU it's the better choice.
