Video player with pinch in and out to zoom functionality just like MXPlayer on androi

I am using PotPlayer a surface pro 7 which does not have the numpad keys so to zoom in (Num9) and zoom out (Num1) of the video, I have to use the on screen keyboard everytime, which is quite inconvineient. I have also tried to customise the touch setiings but that does not work either. I would like to pinch in and out ot zoom in and out just like MXPlayer on android. Does PotPlayer do that? Is there any other player that does that?

Excellent keyboard. I wanted to buy one of these once for gaming so I wouldn't break the keyboard on my laptop.
