    Problem solved.
    It was PSU issue. Changed to a Antec Earthwatts Pro 750 and it seems to work fine now.
    Will rma the Corsair and keepnit as backup just in case.

    Maybe that has some relations with the fact CX450 has low hold up time (about 10ms) ?

    On low load hold up time should be more technically. Even tried it on the first ups on which it would shut down instantly but now its working on both UPSes

    What I think was the PFC circuit or the.main hold up capacitor was damaged or went out of spec so it was tripping everytime there was a high load.

    Isn't the ATX standard 16ms?

    But it's 10ms at full load and that PC does not load it fully...
