Default Windows 10 Pro using 60g on c drive?

If I go into the c: folder and add up each folder (program, program files, users, windows) it's about 19g but if I check the c: drive it's 60 gig. Any reason?

I heard maybe it's for hibernation? or I have 62g of ram?

    Thanks

Turn on hidden folders in Windows Explorer settings, then check again. You can also check disk usage using WizTree, and cleanup things like old Windows Update files using the Disk Cleanup utility built-in Windows.

    Still the same.

This was a new install and I uninstalled most programs and bloatware, dumped temp files

This is a lot. "Pure" Windows 10 Pro takes up to 25 G.
