I can't afford a Fluke. 30 bucks or less. Amazon has literally hundreds of them but most are questionable. Amazon has it's own brand which is 'probably' decent. It's only 13 bucks. I'm ging to be using this for DC, mostly 12V or lower, but 24V too. The Fluke 107 is about the lowest fluke I can find, and it's over 115.00 on Amazon. I cold buy 9 Amazon brand for that much.
I ordered this one because it is autoranging and supposedly does a lot more than most, such as amps. It has a really nice, clean layout, which I appreciate. 10A and lower side fused. Cat II 600V. However, it was 22.00 vs 13.00 for the NonAutoranging Amazon brand. I may send it back based on recommendation I get here.

It says it will measure up to 10A DC.
This is the Amazon one for 13.00:

It will measure up to 200ma DC.
I'm using it for DC, no AC, but some AC functions would be nice. I just want to test LED strips and computer stuff mainly.
I think it would be really cool for JG to do tests for things like this. There is so much of this Chinese stuff out there, and not all of it is bad. Almost no one is doing proper tests for products like this.
I bought a 40 dollar Bluetooth receiver that uses the Texas Instruments Class D amps. It's pretty clean sounding. My brother has a high end dedicated Yamaha receiver and he said he can't tell any difference at 50% volume, but they get a little dirty higher up. Still sounds good all the way up. There are a few tests of these type of amps out there now, and they report some pretty impressive numbers coming from a Class D amp. I mainly listen to Jazz at lower levels, so it's really clean to my ears. I mean, I bought a pair of nice very efficient Klipsch speakers and that little two channel amp and the total cost was 180.00 bucks, and it sounds as good as my 1982 Yamaha receiver and Cerwin Vega High Energy Head speakers that cost me back then a total of 700.00 for both. (It actually sounds better because the Klipsch speakers are not rock speakers.
Anyway, with PSU testing it might be interesting to see how these Chinese products measure up.
Anyone have any suggestions for a cheap DMM?
