Once this fucking travel ban is lifted one day.
So when you say "Chinese factories", you mean China owned companies. Needs clarification since ALL PSU factories are Chinese.

And even when Taiwanese companies (like CWT, Seasonic, Enhance, Acbel, etc.) "own" a factory in China, they don't really. That's why Chinese factories always have a different name than the company that uses them.

True. CWT has one there now, true. But the supply chain still isn't complete. They still have to bring most of the stuff in from China.

    Same with HEC in Taiwan.

But I think you know what I meant. When you say "Chinese factory" it's like, "aren't they all?" when what he really means is Chinese company.

I did talk with someone that's been there. They said it's like a tier 3 or 4. LOL!

So should I trust Phillipus or this guy you talked to? Seems conflicting.

Do you have some internal pictures?
    Same as this Kolink Enclave?
    https://www.techpowerup.com/review/k...ies-700-w-psu/

So this is the OEM where the Konlink Enclave came from.
    XHY(XinHuiYuan) homepage:
In 2004, the company successfully moved into an independent plant of 5000 square meters; in the same year, the company established cooperation with Golden Field Industrial Co., Ltd., and became the OEM for its "Golden Field Jinba" brand series power supplies.

So, Golden field is acutally a brand and their series of PSU's OEM is XHY, and XHY is also an OEM for CM.
At least CM MWE GOLD is clearly from XHY.
I wonder if Golden Field also has their own factory...

It's not as conflicting as it sounds. I said it's much better then the other chinese-chinese factories I've seen.

Goldenfield is not just a brand, it's an actual factory. Again, I've been there myself several times.

So, let me reiterate. Goldenfield is a factory that has some degree of cooperation with XHY (the brand, the designs, and the factories), right?

It is the best looking/most advanced Chinese (Chinese owned, that is) factory aside from HKC and GW.
