5 lead 'choke' ? What is this

Hi, 2 leads on one side and 3 on the other. Any idea what this is and how I can get some?

Got out of an RCA Studio II 'Switchbox' used for that 1978 video game. Need to make about a dozen for the gaming community. thanks
