Default Windows 10 not recognizing second M.2 drive

My Z390 Aorus pro wifi motherboard will recognize both M.2 drives in the bios but windows 10 will only show my C drive which is on one of them. I installed the drivers for the motherboard but still under device and drives it only shows the c drive.

    Is the drive partitioned? Formatted?

It's a new drive and I completely forgot it had to be formatted.
