Swap pairs, just in case it is the RAM

So long as you have the latest BIOS, I would not mess with it.

I don't know if its useful information.

Right. Swap out that two sticks for the other two sticks and try again. The train of thought is that one of the sticks may be bad.

Before, I tried to moved the dual bios switch to the second position, same results, then I saw in https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/ and noticed that there is a new bios version that now appeared on ASUS website,
I have installed the version from 2018-01-19 that end with AA01S, and I saw that the new version is from 2018-03-02 that ends with AS04M, so I flashed my bios and tried again, benchmarks with 3dmark and MediaEval was stable for 2-4 hours, stress and demo mode.
Still, after 1-hour gaming (or so), I had the crushed-reboot again. I want to try to replace the thermal pad and change the thermal paste to try again and check if there are any temp issues. I will wait for the package, ill installed and update here asap.

Tried the latest drivers? (May 26th and May 27th)

How about the Guru's suggestion, try the other pair of RAM sticks.

well, this is the beta version so I prefer the stable, but I can give that a try . also ill update today to the new version of Windows 10.

if the crushing will still keep going, ill try with 1 stick of ram too.

The problem with that is if you happen to pick the one bad stick

The idea is to SWAP the pairs.

Ok, so swap pairs of ram still crushed, also one ram. I also check with the latest beta driver from AMD and the newest version from windows, even crushed, and also tried again the driver from Asus that I remembered as working well, but also crushed so cant run this card stable, no matter what. I'm still waiting for the new pad and thermal paste to try that because again, it's happening after a while of gaming and not immediately. Even can't point on over temp, it's jumping around 70-81 and keep stable but then random crashing while I don't notice...

When you overclocked, did you use over-voltage? that can accelerate aging of components.

What spare parts do you have to try? another power supply?

    thanks.
and no, only used the GPU Tweak 2 (that has power and voltage limits)

and no, i don't have other parts for testing, maybe PSU with 550w but it's not going to handle my machine.
