    I think Steve Burke was not calling it a recall with intent, but only because that is an easy word and self explaining.
    He really speaks a lot, very fast and uses often straight words.
    I think that others, like for example Linus from LinusTechTips, would have rather used the correct name of voluntary exchange.

    It is a voluntary recall, plain and simple; Corsair is doing the right thing and deserves credit for that.

    It's no big deal. It is what it is. Calling it a recall that is.

    I feel a little bit of sarcasm...

    Personally, I think Corsair is making a tremendous good job! I have also thanked you guys on Reddit publicly as I really think that your action regarding this issue is an example for every company of the industry.


    Btw, have just received the new SF750 in substitution from you guys. It's a 2019xx.. series. Will install it this evening.
