Default Gsync issue? Monitor?GPU? Weird flickering

Hello. I have an 9700K stock and RTX 2080 Ti Aorus Waterforce Xtreme. Temps of gpu 60C in game. Cpu lower. My question is. Today i played Control and after 1 hour my screen was start light flicker , especially on walls and stairways in game.Hard to describe something like this here:

I have monitor AORUS AD27QD So i disabled GSYNC and enabled again and no flickering. So why it go away? But after some time it will appear again. I must reset GSYNC OFF ---> ON to remove that.

Is my GPU and monitor fine?

Looks like the WLED used for the back lighting. Maybe the PWM controller is faulty. Is there anything around the monitor that could be causing interference? Have you tried a different power brick or plugged into a different wall socket (on a different circuit, of course).

You're changing the PWM signal each time. If it's EMI, there could be interference to the PWM controller. If it's bad power, the voltage for the PWM may not be correct.

I've even heard of people eliminating the ground on their power adapter fixes the problem. But I strongly recommend against that.

I updated from 445.75 to 445.87 drivers and flickering gone. Even i back to 445.75 to check and i reproduce issue and flickering back. So i installed again 445.87 and no flickering.

    445.87 WHQL (April 15th, 2020)
    ...
[Doom Eternal]: There is black flickering in the game. [2904116]
    ...
[Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege][Vulkan][G-SYNC]: When playing the game in Vulkan mode with G-SYNC enabled, flickering occurs after switching the game between full-screen and windowed mode.[200578641]
To work around, either disable G-SYNC or play using an API other than Vulkan.

To be honest, I thought the Guru had more chance of being right, but updates are a good place to start.

What you mean ? Guru ....?

I updated to newest drivers and no pulsping/flickering on screen on this game.

If that was power issue or outlet , what you think why GSYNC DISABLING fixing that?
