Default Is there any quality difference between EVGA BQ or BR units

Found a great deal on a few psus on office depot of all places. They have an EVGA BQ and a BR variant, with the BR being about $15 cheaper at $38. I know the BQ is modular but im already well over budget (prices are going up because of corona) and I'm not sure if I want to pay a premium for that modularity. Is the BQ made out of higher quality materials than the BR? I'll pay more for that because high quality psus are super expensive now.

    System specs
    Ryzen 5 1600AF
    ASrock B450M Steel Legend
    RX 570 8gb
    Cruciual MX500
    Segate Barricuda 2TB 7200rpm
    8gb DDR4 3200mhz

And I am planning on overclocking

What's your definition of a great deal?

Imo that means a good price performance and quality ratio. But I don't know the price and you don't know the quality and performance. So I think it's safe to say that we both don't have any idea if it actually is a great deal.

great deal meaning 59.99 on the BQ with 20% off bringing it to $48. The BR is $40 after the 20% off. In that price range thats a deal considering its from a brand i know well unlike apevia and raidmax. And I dont need anything really high quality. Ill only be putting a 65w cpu in the system and an rx 570

Could you be more specific about which BR and which BR. EVGA's lineup is a mess. They also use different power supply series under one name.
