    My point was just that a 10 year warranty may not mean there is a good chance it can last 10 years (24/7) at full load, just that you can get a replacement.

    If you are running a server, get a server quality power supply.

    Many won't no, as the fan in many (probably most) consumer PSU's isn't made for that. But I don't think you see many failing caps because degradation in high quality power supplies anymore.

    I agree, although I am not sure this would be true at full load (24/7), server power supplies aside; but I would be happy to be shown wrong. (Capacitor self heating goes like the ripple current squared.)

    Very few consumer power supplies are run flat out and round the clock, so it is not really an issue except for the mining people.

    maybe the unknown man...it's pretty usual probably ok...I did have another Apevia act wierddd tho lol...that one did..and was trying to trip UVP...I did and changed the weltron or whatever lol...it was alright and back up..then stupid capped it and and it grounded out and shit and killed something Lol.
