Default Is My Current PSU Adequate

I currently have a Seasonic PRIME 550W Platinum and I have noticed at full system load(gaming)that my GPU whines(Probably unrelated). EVGA reccomends a much higher wattage PSU then I currently have, but according to PC Part Picker my sytem only consumes about 459W. I'm currently running an EVGA RTX 2070 Super GPU along side a none OC 8600K CPU, full system spces here,

Should I get a higher wattage PSU, say a 750W or is the 550W one I have now fine?

GPU manufacturers overestimate required wattage for various reasons, mostly to accommodate for lower-tier PSUs which sometimes can't output 100% of it's rated power on 12V rail, especially if they're very old and\or group regulated. You're fine with good 550W PSU if it's only for gaming even with i9 9900KS + RTX2080 TI, and GPU whining aren't related to PSU so don't worry about this PSU, it's good.

Thank you very much for the timely reply, I had a sneaking suspicion this might be the case myself~
