Default Hong Hua sleeve bearing fan

Apparently Seasonic is still using HA1225H12S-Z in Antec Neo ECO GOLD (which might be same as EAG Pro).

Pics suggest these unit were manufactured in 2019H2 and the owner told me that he bought them online in the past week.

I've heard in this forum that Hong Hua stopped making these sleeve bearing fans. Is that true?

    They're probably the rifled bearing.

So Hong Hua part numbers don't indicate what bearing type is used like HA1225H12"F"-Z has both rifle and FDB...?

Sleeve and rifle use the same part number. FDB is a different part number (F instead of S).

    A little confused.

A post below said "F" can be rifle/FDB

Current Corsair CXM uses "F" and you said that is rifle.

So putting those together, are there both Rifle "S" and Rifle "F", and "S" no more indicate sleeve?

Ok. Guess I was confused myself. Hard to keep track.

All I know is what's in the Corsair fans.

Just looked at a Hong Hua data sheet.

F is FDB. S is either Sleeve or Rifle. Typically Rifle as they stopped doing sleeve about three years ago.

    I found a strange thing,

The new Seasonic core is advertised as sleeve, but...

    It uses HA1225M12S-Z fan.
