Exclamation PSU making short "bzzt" noise when on or off (Recorded sample)

I just built this PC, it's been running flawlessly so far. Gigabyte B750H. Total on hours atm is 155 hours no problem. Don't mind the rustling noise of the fan, I am kinda OK with it, what worries me is that weird ziptie noise. I edited the samples into one file. It sometimes happens 4 times in 1 minute or just once in 5 minutes.

Is this something to worry about?

Not coil whine and certainly not a short. My guess is component arch?

But maybe someone with more expertise can comment.
