Default Corsair CX550 Made In Vietnam?

I just got a Corsair CX550 and it says made in Vietnam. I know the Corsair CX series used to be made in China. Anyone know if the move would have any effect on overall quality? I did notice that the power supply is a bit smelly when in use, hard to describe it but it's not a burning smell. I only used it for 2 and a half days so maybe the smell will go away?

    Yes.

Due to the tariffs, the CX and some other models sold in the US, are made in CWT's factory in Vietnam.

And no, Vietnam does not smell worse than China.

So the smell is normal? I wouldn't say it's a burning smell, it's a bit like the smell of a warm radiator in a house. It's not a particularly strong smell but it's noticable sometimes.
