The problem could be a component drawing too much power through the board, via a particular trace, to the individual pin. Most likely culprit then would be high end or overclocked RAM in a low end board, but you said you already tried other RAM.
I understand...and you are correct as well: I would exclude the RAM, since I have tested different sticks, in different combinations. The issue happens even when I am on a single 8 GB RAM stick.

As a matter of fact, I might even be able to... (by a stroke of luck, I had contacted Corsair to see if I could get it fixed, so I had noted it down).
The lot code for the old PSU was 17287105...I will check the new one's tonight and post it here ASAP.

...as for volt-testing the CMOS battery...I will ask to some friends to lend me a voltometer...it might take a while...

Quite sure...the Seidon cooler has always performed well, and I see no trace of seeping whatsoever in my case. Thanks for suggesting it, though.

Ok. Well, my theory is blown then. Know a guy in Indonesia that had reboot issues with lot code 19227101 CX750M's.

It would be nice if Tazz could actually fix the problem.
