Possible upgrades from gtx 670 ~€200-300!!

Hi, I'm kinda new to this stuff but i'm looking to upgrade my gpu. I've checked with my friend that build the pc for me and he told me the easiest and cheapest way to upgrade is to get a better graphics card. So I went online and checked a couple of benchmark websites. However, once I found one that i liked at the benchmark website i couldn't find it online (gtx 1060) for example.

So here I am asking for suggestions to upgrade my graphics card, mainly playing rocket league, csgo and want to play borderlands 3 when it comes out. Might also ugrade my monitor later this year to a 144hz one. Willing to spend no more than 300 euro.

There are some used RX570 options for under 100€ available, though card used for mining....
