No, they are bad, meh, OK.

Better units include, but not limited to, Bitfenix Formula, Whisper M, be quiet Straight Power 11.

    And why 650, 750 and 850W??
What do you have? LGA20xx?? AMD Threadripper??

    It all depends on pricing.

which PSUs you can compare them to in terms of quality? for example corsair vs 650 (gray) better than p650b? both same price.

They are both nothing interesting. If you need a 650W power supply you have a high-end gaming PC, like for example a Ryzen 9 3900X and RTX 2080 Ti. You not gonna use a budget PSU like the Corsair VS650 or Gigabyte P650B for that.

    a) with a 500€ CPU and 1000€ you can afford a good quality PSU!
    b) you "future proof" with better quality PSU than more watt. Especially if we're talking about lower end units...
And even then you can get unlucky...
For example Seasonic X/P-660 with VEGA...

I say I wouldn't buy either of those. Especially not at those wattages.
    At 550W, maybe.
    At 850W? Never!

    öhm, no. Just no!

Get a 5700XT and you have the money for 7-10 good quality PSU...

So, OP buys a top-of-the-line AMD CPU, a top-of-the-line NVIDIA GPU, he wants a budget PSU, and he is looking at below-budget crap.

OP, let the gurus steer you to a top-of-the-line PSU. Your system deserves a comparable unit. The PSU is the last thing you should scrimp on.
