    Yes, but more fundamental way to do that...
    How do... for example Orion find those datas?

    Crosschecking with regulatory bodies (TUV, 80+, UL, etc) between a reseller (Corsair, EVGA, Thermaltake, BeQuiet, etc) and an OEM (FSP, Seasonic, High Power, CWT, etc) is generally the easiest way as the resellers can often save costs by recertificating under their OEM partner if little to no changes were made.
